We would like to wish all of you a Happy Halloween. News from around the network we have been making some changes to some of the sites and moving back to our roots. We had been doing new sites as blogs but this really didn’t fit our style or the way we do things. We love all the content and info our hand coded sites offer we love to over deliver and feel these do a better job at it. To be quite honest with you some of the sites we had a hard time with the constant updating blogs require.

- 4 chicken breasts, chopped into cubes
- 1 tablespoon garam masala powder

- Soak 8 wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium.
- Shake off the excess marinade and thread the chicken pieces on to the skewers.
- Grill for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- The chicken is cooked when no pink remains in the center.
- Serve with the salad, rice, lemon wedges, and also some fresh herbs if desired.
